The Mesquite Trio formed in 2007 to promote chamber music and to support new compositions. Its members, Dr. Constance Kelley, Dr. Timothy Bonenfant and Dr. Jeff Womack, are the woodwind faculty at Angelo State University. The Mesquite Trio was selected from a competitive pool to perform at the 2016 Conference of the National Assocation of College Wind and Percussion Instructors on October 29 in Santa Fe, NM. A free, open to the public, pre-conference recital will be performed on the ASU campus on Monday, October 17th, 7:30 pm.
